These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Persian IP Connect application and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

2) What We Provide

Persian IP Connect routes your device’s network traffic through an Iranian IP address to help you access Iran-based online services from abroad. The Service is a specialized connectivity tool and is not intended as a general-purpose VPN or for unlocking international content.

No emergency services: The Service cannot be used to contact emergency responders.

3) Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live and where you connect.

4) License & Ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, lawful use. We retain all rights in the app and Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the app except where permitted by law.

iOS: If you download via the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5) Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate third-party rights.
Do not interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or the networks you access.
Do not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, sanctions, or export controls where prohibited by law.
Do not share your access or misuse the Service in a way that risks security or performance.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations or security risks.

6) Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., banking sites, government portals). We do not control or guarantee third-party services. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them.

The app may include third-party SDKs (e.g., RevenueCat for entitlements, Google AdMob for non-personalized ads, Firebase for analytics/diagnostics). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7) PrivacyYour use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and why. We do not use cross-app tracking and do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads, if shown, are non-personalized.

8) Security & No Anonymity Guarantee

Connections use standard encryption (e.g., IKEv2/IPsec, TLS). While this protects your traffic in transit, we do not guarantee complete anonymity or that every site/service will accept connections via VPN endpoints.

9) Availability & Changes

The Service may be interrupted, limited, or modified (e.g., maintenance, network issues, platform rules, government blocking) without notice. We may add or remove features at any time.

10) Updates & Support

We may provide app updates for security or functionality. Some features may require the latest app or operating system. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the contact methods above.

11) Export & Sanctions Compliance

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use or distribute the Service where prohibited, or for any restricted end-use. By using the Service, you represent that you are not subject to relevant sanctions or restrictions.

12) Disclaimers

AS IS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that all Iran-based services will work at all times, that connections will be uninterrupted, or that blocks and platform rules will not change.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 50 if none).

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or where required by law. Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law) will survive.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Courts of Madrid, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in-app or on our website and update the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
